1. Who these terms apply to
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at dmhub.dev (the "Site") and any services provided by DM Hub, a software development company with offices in the Netherlands and Nairobi, Kenya ("DM Hub", "we", "us"). By browsing the Site or engaging us for work, you agree to these Terms.
2. Using this website
The Site is provided for information about our services, our work, and how to get in touch with us. You may not use the Site in a way that damages it, disrupts its availability, or attempts to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system connected to it.
3. Enquiries and project work
Submitting a contact form, a project brief, or a job application through the Site is an enquiry, not a contract. A working relationship — including scope, pricing, timelines and deliverables — is only formed once both parties sign a separate written agreement or statement of work. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding quote or offer.
4. Intellectual property
The content of this Site — including text, graphics, logos and the site design — is owned by or licensed to DM Hub and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without our written permission. Ownership of work delivered under a paid engagement is set out separately in that engagement's own agreement.
5. No warranty
The Site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We take reasonable care to keep information on the Site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is complete or error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DM Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. External links
The Site may link to third-party websites, including client and partner sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any site we do not operate.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection law that applies in your country of residence.
10. Contact
